Ensemble Group went through CBBIC’s incubation process and graduated from the program in February 2015. Today, the company resides at the Innovation Center and serves as an anchor tenant, providing mentorship for current clients. They also offer products and/or services consistent with the mission of the Innovation Center, while agreeing to provide resources at preferential rates. Specifically, Ensemble Group specializes in custom-built systems and web solutions designed to meet an individual clients’ business need. It also provides branding, graphic design, IOS and Android apps, WordPress development and management and e-commerce websites.

One of Ensemble Group’s focus areas is the marketing and sales of its proprietary software-as-a-service called GangScope. GangScope helps law enforcement agencies manage and track gang intelligence, information and data. It is an easy-to-use software database that allows quick access to information and is easily searchable. It also helps manage a multitude of information points on gangs, gang members and historical data in compliance with Federal laws.

Through the University Center program, Ensemble Group has established a reputation for high-quality work with a team of talented designers, developers and support staff to manage an ever-increasing portfolio of projects. The CBBIC has given Gracie the encouragement she needed to grow the business to its fullest potential. The Innovation Center has also provided the team with a productive business environment that promotes connections, networking, education and support.

When Ensemble Group first started in 2002, it was a one-woman show, but thanks to steady growth, they are now a team of nine. Ensemble Group’s goal is to continue to advance through strategic growth.
