Evergreen Climate Innovations

This EDA investment aims to support climate tech entrepreneurs in Illinois and bolster their success by scaling up the 501vc® Platform, which focuses on technologies that have achieved or demonstrated potential climate impact. The project will allow Evergreen Climate Innovations to increase the platform of support services designed for early-stage climate tech startups within its portfolio. Augmenting the investment program will attract a diverse pipeline of early-stage climate innovators and enhance the research and due diligence necessary to make investment decisions. Ultimately, this project will have deep impact on Illinois’ diverse climate innovation community and strengthen the state’s climate innovation ecosystem by assisting climate tech entrepreneurs and innovators who are creating jobs.
