San Juan College (SJC) University Center will focus on collaboration with retailers to develop local sections in major retail stores for products. Develop a cohort of food processors/entrepreneurs in the kitchen and develop a resource guide for food entrepreneurs, including training support and support organizations. Creating an entrepreneurial hub to support business development strategies and enhance profitability through marketing and sales techniques, new product development analyses, and identification of new markets (including international markets). Supporting the regional talent pool through industry-led workforce development, professional and leadership development, and core business training. Assisting entrepreneurs to establish companies to commercialize technology or innovate products and services.
