Duties:

As a Management & Program Analyst (GJC), you will:

  • Provide oversight to a portfolio of Good Jobs Challenge's awardees which includes monitoring programmatic activities related to labor recruitment, training and placement into good jobs and monitoring for compliance with applicable federal grant requirements.
  • Evaluate grantee reporting and progress towards milestones to assess grantee risk and develop action steps for reducing risk.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on the collection, measurement, and evaluation of grantee data related to labor recruitment, training, and job placement.
  • Support the development of a learning agenda for workforce development practitioners (i.e. higher education, institutions, workforce development boards, unions, businesses) that will deepen their technical expertise in recruiting, training, and placing labor into good jobs.
  • Provide subject matter expertise and best practices to successfully recruit, train, and place labor into good jobs to increase the use and efficacy of sectoral based partnerships.
  • Plan, develop, and manage execution of communication strategies to grow awareness and support for the program.
  • Analyze management information requirements to develop program or administrative reporting systems including the systems specifications, data gathering and analytical techniques, and systems evaluation methodology.
